Residential

$125 / hour

Service calls and installations for homes.

Business

$150 / hour

Service calls and installations for businesses.

Payment before work begins

50% of estimated labor as a deposit.
100% of equipment and project expenses paid upfront.

Remaining labor is due at completion, adjusted for actual hours and approved changes. Applicable tax is shown separately on the reviewed invoice.

These are TeckNation labor rates. Hardware, materials and project expenses are separate. Alarm monitoring starts at $40/month; camera access is quoted separately. TeckNation Connect remains free.
